Jeannie Doran

I am Jeannie Doran. I am an Enrichment Teacher at St. Thomas More Parish School. This is my third year teaching at St. Thomas More. I love my job because I get to work with teachers and students at all grade levels. I am one of those rare Colorado natives. I have two boys, one in college and one in high school, who are both St. Thomas More Alumni.

Wendy Maxwell

Hi ya’ll!  Originally from Georgia, my family and I moved to Colorado 3 ½ years ago.  I have taught in and my girls have attended Catholic schools since our move here.  We feel very blessed to be at St. Thomas More Parish School now and look forward to making it our school home!  In addition to being all about learning, my family and I enjoy the great outdoors.  We are either in the backyard gardening or traveling to the mountains to rest, hike, or ride horses.

I received my undergraduate degree in home economics from the University of Georgia.  I worked outside the education profession until the teaching bug bit me in the early 90s.  With family members who are teachers it was natural that I would end up in the classroom.  I then returned to college and was certified to teach in Georgia at Georgia Southwestern University.  After obtaining a position teaching 4^th grade, I pursued and completed my masters at GSW in early childhood education.  I went on to teach not only 4^th grade, but preschool, kindergarten, 1^st and 2^nd as well.

I look forward to being a part of Saint Thomas More Parish School faculty.  I bring teaching experience and an understanding of the nature of children to the position.  It will be my honor to work with your children in the STM Enrichment Center!
