Middle School Youth Ministry Staff

Chris RothCool

Chris Roth is originally from Denver, Colorado. He spent 1st through 8th grade at St. James Catholic School, 4 years at Machebeuf Catholic High School, 1 year at Sterling College (Kansas), and 3 years at Benedictine College (Kansas). It was from there that he received a B.A. in Religious Studies. During College Chris worked with Totus Tuus Vacation Bible school and taught everywhere from Kansas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado. Chris joined St. Thomas More youth ministry in June 2006.  One of his favorite saints is St. Padre Pio, who had the gift of reading souls.  There would be days he would hear confessions for 18 straight hours before returning to his cell to pray.

Some of Chris's hobbies include football, basketball, getting lost in the mountains and crying because there are no video games, playing cards, and pretending he can cook, even though everything he makes is burnt or given to the dogs. Lately, Chris has shown an interest in synchronized swimming and wearing vintage tee's under his Bronco's hoodie.  In the future Chris intends to evangelize this world by using actions not words!

AnnaMarie D'InnocenzoWink

After the shock of being born into this cold world, AnnaMarie's life began in a little town in Northern Colorado. Throughout her childhood, (which included but is not limited to, torturing her older brother, playing with barbies and dressing up as an Egyptian Princess) AnnaMarie learned many skills, such as cooking, cleaning, hunting (for Easter eggs), and not talking to strangers. After being home-schooled from K-8, AnnaMarie attended Eaton High School where she was involved in numerous activities, like gymnastics, track, swimming and diving, student council and music. AnnaMarie became very diverse indeed. After high school AnnaMarie packed up her car and drove across the country to a little town called Steubenville in Ohio. Studying Theology and Philosophy and working at the Gym, AnnaMarie became even MORE diverse and decided to venture further. Getting on a plane and flying to an even smaller town in Austria called Gaming, AnnaMarie received a degree in "life," traveling all over Europe and soaking up culture like a sponge. Now after more than two years of youth ministry AnnaMarie resides in Denver, Colorado and is working with Middle Schoolers full time at St. Thomas More bringing smiles to their faces. Being an avid morning person and addicted to caffeine AnnaMarie wakes up every morning to the Today show and drinks her coffee, while plotting on how to take over the world.
